Water is Life – Leaving No One Behind

Photo exhibition organized by WaterAid Cambodia

From July 1st – 27th, 2019
Opening on July 3rd, 2019 at 4pm

Featuring renowned Cambodian photographer Mak Remissa and youth photographers

This Participatory Photography Project is inspired by the original work of Cambodian photo artist, Mr. Remissa Mak. Cambodian youth living in rural and marginalised communities along the Mekong worked with Remissa to document through photographs.

The aim of the exhibition is to empower youth to tell their own stories and to shine a light on issues facing in some of the hardest to reach communities in Cambodia. This exhibition also focuses our attention on some of acute challenges that lie ahead, so that our sector can begin scaling up solutions for these communities from now onwards, so that no one is left behind.

Beyond the exhibition, every Friday evening (July 12, 19 and 26 at 4pm), you are invited to the talks of young photographers and watch relevant videos as well.
