Return to Year Zero focuses on the situation in Cambodia on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the fall of the Khmer Rouge (communist rule). 10 years after the liberation of the country, the Vietnamese soldiers remain in Cambodia to help secure it. We also present the Paris Peace Agreement of 23 October 1991.
