Minorities in our region: Film & Conversation

Organized by Women Peace Makers, conducted in Khmer, including Central, Surin, and Southern dialects

What makes us unique? What connects us across the Mekong? Join a screening and dialogue that brings together Khmer from Surin, Cambodian migrants in Thailand, Khmer from Khmer Krom, Vietnamese from Cambodia, and Chinese Cambodians. We speak the same languages, we connect across borders, but we are minorities based simply on geography.

Join us with our teams from across the region who have created mini-documentaries to show real human stories from their communities come together to talk about their experiences.

This film screening and dialogue will be in Khmer, including Central, Surin, and Southern dialects. One of the many languages in our region that connects us no matter what our background is or where we live.
