Two associations dedicated to the management of a Center for Audiovisual Resources
A French association, the AADAC (Association d’aide au dйveloppement de l’audiovisuel au Cambodge)
A Cambodian association, the ARPAA (Association pour la recherche, la production et l’archivage des documents audiovisuels)
The object is for the French association to gradually transfer the administration of the project to the Cambodian association, thus effectuating a true transfer of responsibilities.

The team
The staff in Phnom Penh is now composed of salaried, full time Cambodians and foreign volunteers in temporary positions. Foreign volunteers work with their Cambodians colleagues for the audiovisual, communication and partnership departments. The research analysts in charge of the media library are Cambodians and can speak English and French.
