Tai, a sleepwalking samurai, lost in the swirl of events around him. Chaos, carnage and history. He’s saved, but somehow everything in life passes him by. Mothers, fathers, brothers, friends. Fighters. Sunbathing on virtual galaxies. A peaceful, idyllic relationship in Oslo. Life as a tourist in Cambodia. Yearning for his girlfriend. It’s difficult, deciding what’s more real, thus worth being made part of his own life.

The film shot in Oslo, Vienna and Phnom Penh is a documentary and deeply moving road movie. It accompanies Tai, a Khmer born, serious and charismatic young man who sets out on the most difficult and lonely journey that can be made: the journey to find oneself.
