Sinn Sisamouth
Directed by Pov Sok, 2001, 45 minutes, Khmer version
The film tells the story of Sinn Sisamouth, a famous Cambodian singer. Though he studied medicine, he devoted his life to music and continued to sing until the Khmer Rouge came to power in 1975. Although many believe he was killed in 1976, his voice remains a powerful inspiration for Cambodians to this day.
