Children for Change Cambodia (CCC) is a local, community-based non-profit organization situated in a red-light district of Phnom Penh, which empowers at-risk youth to become independent agents of change in their community. This year CCC partnered with American filmmaker Jake Wachtel and Filmmakers Without Borders to offer a class in film-making to their students. This program features their final projects from the course, ranging from music video to stop motion-animation, super heroes and silent movies. Come support the newest voices in Khmer cinema!
