Annâdya

Designed to promote appropriate technology for smallholders to increase food security among indigenous peoples, the project has been named in short Annâdya, which in Sanskrit means “the happiness to eat enough food”. Annâdya focuses on three axes: the improvement of agricultural production and productivity; the improvement of beneficiaries’ nutrition and the development of sustainable grassroots institutions. It is carried out in about 64 villages and aims to benefit to 10,000 vulnerable Cambodian rural households.
