This collection brings together five archival films from the Institut national de l’audiovisuel (INA) and the Norodom Sihanouk collection, documenting Cambodia’s cultural heritage, history, and artistic traditions. From the temples of Angkor and archaeological heritage to Cambodian classical dance and royal ceremonies, the films provide valuable visual records of Cambodia’s monuments, cultural identity, and traditions. Spanning the 1960s, the collection offers a historical portrait of Cambodia during an important period of its cultural and social history and highlights the importance of documenting and preserving its audiovisual heritage for future generations.
