This is the painful story of a girl growing up in a slum of Phnom Penh. Sithy falls victim of rape by a man in her neighborhood, yet, she cannot count on her parents for help. The not so supportive family environment fills her with the courage to move out and search for a new beginning in her life, together with a friend. Will she make it to change her life like a crab molting and leaving its shell?
