Opening Reception: November 8th at 9am

“Community, Development, Freedom” is the new theme of the Community Photo Exhibition organized by Building Community Voices organization (BCV). The exhibition aims to promote Freedom of Expression rights of local communities. There will be 30 photos from 9 provinces in Cambodia: The 9 provinces are: Phnom Penh, Preah Vihear, Kg. Thom, Kratie, Ratanakiri, Kg. Chhnang, Kg. Speu, Pusat, and Battambang. The photos are taken by local community themselves, and although most of them are taken with a simple digital camera or smartphone, they contain important information which will allow the audience to learn about their daily lives and society.
