The Red Sky

As the sky turns red at the end of the day, a mother anxiously waits for her only daughter, Ravy, to return home from school. Through Ravy’s story, the film explores challenges faced by young people in contemporary Cambodian society, including school absenteeism, drug use, and early sexual relationships. The film reflects the concerns of families and communities as young people navigate difficult choices and social pressures.
