Mrs. Yiv Narin lives in Kampong Thom. She went through the era of Sangkum Reastr Niyum, and at the age of 10, she was in the seventh grade. In the Khmer Rouge regime, she worked in the garment and food storage at Wat Dey Dos. She didn’t transplanted rice nor work under the sun, but was ordered to make clothes only by Angkar. She ate only porridge with banana stem and water spinach, once in the afternoon and once in the evening.
