Glimpses of the Khmer Republic (from Bophana Center’s Archives)

The Bophana Center is honored to display rare images in the Khmer Republic Regime through photos taken by six individuals: Daniel Yvetot, Serge Guérin, Ros Reasey, Samuel Jackson Naoki Mabuchi and Colin Grafton. These photo archives show shows us about the first events of the Khmer Republic, the communist attack in 1972, the evacuation of Americans in April 1975, and the scene a few days before the Khmer Rouge takeover of Phnom Penh.
The Bophana Center cordially invites the public to attend the inauguration of this exhibition, which will take place on March 22, 2024, to learn about the historical events of Cambodia.
The exhibition will take place from the opening day until April 22, 2024.
