As a part of promoting the reading culture as well as encouraging Cambodian writers, the Bophana Center, the Scholar Library, and Business Record co-organize a launching party of a new book written by Mr. Sou Savoeurn, entitled ” The Basis to Step Forward”, describing leadership and ways to identify yourself.

In the event, there will be a gathering between writers and those who are working with books who will be attended as honorable guests as well as young people who love to read.
