Recruiting Students for the Digitalization and Archives Management Training Course
With the support of the French Development Agency (AFD – Agence Française de Développement), the Henry Luce Foundation, and the Rei Foundation Limited, the Bophana Audiovisual Resource Center (ARPAA) is implementing a project entitled “Enhancing the Preservation of Audiovisual Memory and Youth Empowerment” over a period of three years, from November 2025 to October 2028.
The project will provide scholarships to six Cambodian youths to attend the Digitalization and Archives Management Training Course for a period of six months.
Selection Criteria:
● Cambodian citizens aged 18 to 30 years old
● Hold at least a high school diploma
● Have no criminal record
● Be available to attend the entire training program
Benefits for Selected Students:
● Free tuition and access to training materials
● Health insurance during the training period
● Accommodation provided for students from other provinces
● Certificate of completion
🗓 Application deadline: No later than June 30, 2026
🗓 Training dates: From July 13, 2026, to December 31, 2026
Class schedule:
● Monday to Friday
● 8 hours per day (8:00 a.m.–12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.)
