Since 2019, Taev Meas has been volunteering as a teacher in La Mey village while still being a student herself. As a volunteer teacher for younger students, she only receives 250,000 riels per month. With this money, she pays for her younger siblings’ school but would like to continue her own studies as well, since she hasn’t finished 12th grade yet.
