“I would like to request the government, ministries and other relevant institutions to provide us the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) card, as the informal economy workers because we sometimes must go to the hospital when we are sick and have no money to pay for medical fees. I would like to request to the police officers to help monitor the traffic, especially at night time. Some drivers do not obey the traffic law, so it could be a problem for me who work at night.” Mrs. SOVANN Vary, Tuk Tuk driver, living in Phnom Penh.
